tiarnanBWsmall picture Welcome to the website of uilleann piper Tiarnán Ó Duinnchinn (pronounced Cheer-non O Din-kin).

Tiarnán was one of the founding members of Dorsa which recorded “The Wild Music of the Gael” in 1998. The E.P. “Banks of Red Roses” was released in 2002. He toured extensively with Máíre Ní Bhraonáín from 1997-2001 and recorded two albums: “Whisper to the Wild Water” and “Two Horizons”.

From 1996-1999 Tiarnán was a member of Aoife Ní Fhearraigh band and he toured with Martin Quinn playing all over Europe with a regular spot in John D. McGurk’s, St. Louis, U.S for 3-4 years.

Tiarnán has been touring and performing on a regular basis since 1995. His music has taken him to Europe, United States, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and Australia.
